Who is behind the course?

👋🏼 Hey, I'm Josh.

I knew early on that a traditional 9-to-5 job wasn't for me. I wanted to work flexibly, build my own business, and earn good money without meetings or major responsibilities.

The path to this point wasn't easy – I tried a lot and learned even more. Today, I earn an average of €6,000 net per month with my solo email agency.

How many customers do I need to earn €5,000 to €6,000 per month?

To earn 5,000 to 6,000€ net per month, you only need an average of 3 to 4 customers .

I charge an average of €3,500 per month per client. Even if you start with a slightly lower rate, such as €3,000, 3 to 4 clients will be enough to reach this income.

Important: You should not take on more than 4 clients if, like me, you look after all of your clients yourself and to a high standard. Otherwise, the workload would increase to over 5 hours per day, which could limit the flexibility and freedom of your solo self-employment.

How much does my one-man email marketing agency cost me per month?

One of the most common questions I hear is: How much does my one-man email marketing agency cost me per month?

The good news is: Almost nothing except your own time.

The only tool you really have to pay for is Slack , which costs about €15 a month . Slack is important for organizing communication with your customers efficiently and professionally.

All other tools that I use in my agency and that you will also learn about in my course are available in free versions. These free versions are more than enough to support your first three to five customers . You don't need anything more at the beginning - because with just three to five customers you can already earn more than in a traditional employment relationship.

I don’t have any references like you at Snocks – how do I still find customers?

It's a lie when someone tells you that it's super easy to find customers. But there are methods that make customer acquisition easier. One of them is the quick way through outreach on LinkedIn. It's important that the outreach is of high quality, which means that you offer your counterpart real added value. I'll explain exactly how this works in the course.

Another important point is building your personal brand . In the course, I'll show you how to position yourself on platforms like LinkedIn so that you regularly gain new leads.

Is the market for email agencies overcrowded?

To earn €5,000 to €6,000 a month, you only need 3 to 4 customers.

In Germany alone, there are over 70,000 Shopify stores that need email marketing.

So there are more than enough potential customers for you.

Do you also show how you onboard customers?

From the beginning, I didn't want to have the responsibility of managing a whole team and preferred to remain flexible. I also knew that if I did the work alone or with the help of a few freelancers, self-employment would be much more profitable for me. In other words: you run your business alone, without having to manage a team.
