Honest update
I never had the goal of leading a large team.
No project plans, no endless coordination.
From the beginning, I wanted a business that would give me freedom
– not one that eats me up.
Recently I heard the sentence in a YouTube video:
Work to live, not live to work.
Pretty much summed it up for me.
Because what is becoming increasingly clear to me:
My most important asset is time.
And that's exactly why I build my systems so that they work for me – not the other way around.
Over the last few weeks I have been working hard on a new funnel.
And that is the biggest lever for me:
A system that runs automatically and systematically guides new customers through a so-called value ladder .
Instead of constantly thinking about new promotions, the funnel directs my customers directly to the next suitable product after the first purchase
– logically structured and completely automated by Klaviyo.
So if you also want to run a lean business – with clear processes and more time for yourself – then ask yourself:
How can you structure your offer so that it automatically leads customers to the next step?
Which of your products would be the next logical ones?
Or are there products in your value ladder that you are still missing?
In the next newsletters, I will share the latest learnings I have gathered about this type of funnel.
Tip for more email sales
Why does this work?
Because trust sells.
And guarantees are often forgotten – even though they are perfect for reducing objections.
My tip:
If you have guarantees, show them.
In direct proximity to the button.
Right where the decision is made.
If you're currently optimizing, my advanced course shows you in detail how I set up A/B tests for my clients.
