I've been deliberately taking it easy these past few weeks—primarily to figure out what I want to work on this year. So, what's new?
Honest update
Looking back, I often put too much stress on myself with being self-employed last year.
The money you can earn relatively quickly by working with many clients at once is absurdly high compared to being an employee, but it doesn't make me happy in the long run.
This year, two things are particularly important to me:
• Even fewer customers for more focus & more fun
• More time to properly scale additional digital products
Limbo Studio Update
Last year, I set up and expanded email marketing for a handful of companies.
Two things that, in retrospect, had the greatest impact:
1. Additional pop-ups for different use cases generate a huge amount of additional revenue.

These are values from one of my clients.
€29,000 in additional sales in the last 30 days just through an additional pop-up.
I don't understand why more e-commerce companies don't do this.
2. Good work really brings new customers.
The waiting list for my solo email agency is now over 100, and the majority of inquiries come through referrals.

Big Idea
Recently heard, and it often helps me when I'm indecisive:
There is definitely a big decision you really want to make or something you want to tackle.
Ask yourself the question:
What would change if you said “yes” to this today, in…
– 7 hours?
– 7 days?
– 7 months?
– 7 years?
If you notice that the result in 7 years has a positive impact on the life you want, then you have the answer.
