Findings from 2024
I'm not a big fan of huge New Year's resolutions.
What I always find very helpful, however, is to reflect on the past year and ask yourself:
What have I learned?
These five insights come from books, podcasts, and my personal experiences over the past year.
They have become guidelines for me as I try to live even more consciously this year.
- A busy calendar and a busy mind will destroy your ability to do great things.
- The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.
- If you don't make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness.
- Happiness is not about achieving goals; it's about understanding and removing the things that make you unhappy.
- If you rethink this from scratch, what would this look like if it were easy?
