Chapter 1: What a 1.5 million email setup really looks like

I know that:

As an e-commerce entrepreneur, you want to set up your email marketing in such a way that it generates long-term revenue without you having to constantly invest time.

At the same time, you would like to hand it over to an agency or employee later so that you can fully concentrate on your day-to-day business.

In this 5-part guide, I'll show you step by step how to quickly and efficiently set up your basic email marketing setup so you can completely outsource it in the future.

Your goal?

A sales channel that constantly works for you in the background as you continue to scale your business.

Once you have this setup, you can focus on your day-to-day business and later, when things are running smoothly, outsource the work to an agency or employee.

💡 First of all, some open information:

In this email series you will often find references to my Klaviyo Masterclass find.

The purpose of this series is to help you optimize your email marketing—and I honestly believe the Masterclass can help you tremendously with that.

So if you're ready to set up your email setup quickly and professionally, you'll benefit greatly.

📼 Tip 1: No email addresses, no email marketing

First things first:

Without email addresses there is no email marketing.

The most effective way to continuously collect new addresses is:

Via a well-designed pop-up.

At Snocks and with my current clients, I've seen time and time again that pop-ups are the best way to convert the most traffic into newsletter subscribers.

For your pop-up to work, you need to consider the following points:

1. Meaningful image:

Use an image that immediately highlights the incentive, the deal the customer is getting.

2. Less is more:

Keep the pop-up simple.

Use a maximum of one headline and one subheadline to avoid appearing too cluttered.

3. Clear call to action :

Make sure the button is large and clearly visible.

The customer must immediately know where to enter their email address to get the deal.

4. Correct timing :

Don't show the pop-up too early.

The best setting is after 15 seconds or when the customer is about to leave the page.

This way, you can ensure that you reach qualified prospects and convert even bounced visitors into subscribers.

These points ensure that you continuously collect new email addresses and your list grows steadily.

Do you want to set up your email marketing even faster and with detailed instructions?

The construction of such a basic setup, including pop-ups, costs agencies – including me – on average between 4,000 and 5,000 euros.

Since I am fully booked as an agency and can no longer accept new clients, I developed the Klaviyo Masterclass .

With this masterclass, you can build your own email marketing setup in just 5 hours and for less than 400 euros.

This way, you save thousands of euros and still have a professional, functioning system that generates immediate revenue.
