Why do my buttons look different after exporting the email?
If your buttons look different after exporting the email than they do in the Figma file, this usually means the button styling needs to be reapplied inside Mailsupply.
To fix it, go to Branding, then click Button Style, and click Save Style again. This will overwrite the current button styling and make sure the correct style is applied properly.
Why does my image still look too large after export, even though I already cropped it?
If your image still appears too large after export, even though you already cropped it, the image container inside mailsupply likely still has its original size.
To fix this, open the sidebar by pressing Command + .
Then click on the image section. In some cases, for example inside a header, there may be an inner section called Image. Even if you already made the header section smaller, the Image section itself may still be larger.
Make sure to click on the Image section and reduce its size as well. This ensures the exported image matches the size you intended.
